Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase. Custom rope collars and rope and leather leashes cannot be returned but please contact me if you have any issues with the product. We will issue a refund upon receipt of products that are deemed to be in brand new condition. If you would like to return or exchange a product please fill out the return initiation form.
