Vacation Shipping Info

I am off on a much needed beach vacation May 10th-22nd. This is a one woman show, so your orders will take a little longer to ship. I will begin shipping orders again after May 22nd. I am offering free shipping for orders placed while I am away since fulfillment times will be extended. Thank you for your understanding and support while I am away!

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship after May 22nd. My two WanderDogs have not learned to fulfill orders yet, so your order will not ship until after I return. If you need your order by a certain date after May 22nd, please provide the details in a note on the order. 

What shipping service do you use?

I can ship via USPS or UPS Ground. If you prefer UPS, please make a note on your order.

Can you ship my order using UPS or Fedex instead of the free USPS option?

Yes. I typically ship orders using USPS but I am happy to ship your order using UPS. Please make a note on your order of which shipping service you would like if you do not want USPS. Depending on the price, I may have to charge extra. I will contact you with details or questions once I return.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. If you place an order and decide the shipping date is too far in the future, you can email wanderdogdesigns@gmail.com with the subject “Cancel Order” then provide your order number in the email. I will cancel and refund your order when I get back from my trip.
